We offer a 100% no-quibble refund policy on unused, unopened, resalable products. If you aren’t happy with your purchase, please contact us at info@violetjordan.co.uk and we will provide instructions on how to return your items. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. 

While we are pleased to accept returns of lightly used makeup, please note, skincare can only be returned if it is unopened. 

Please obtain proof of postage when returning items.
