You allow Violet Jordan to use any photo(s) and/or video content in relation to which you have supplied Violet Jordan, for marketing and/or advertising, including on our website violetjordan.co.uk, emails, social media and printed marketing material. Including paid social media, external marketplaces which Violet Jordan collaborates with and other customer communications conducted by Violet Jordan. Violet Jordan may use, reproduce, distribute, combine with other materials, and edit your photo (s) and/or video. 

You agree that (i) you own all rights to your photo(s) and/ or video, and (ii) Violet Jordan’s use of your photo(s) and/or video will not violate the rights of any third party or law. Violet Jordan is exempt from any obligation to pay you for any use of your photo(s) and/or video and any of the intellectual property rights in connection with the uses described here.

How do Violet Jordan use your personal data?

Photo(s) and/or videos of yourself are considered your personal data. Personal data may be published on our official website, and/or on our social media pages and other promotional channels.

We may share your personal data within Violet Jordan Ltd. Personal data is also shared with suppliers carrying out tasks on behalf of Violet Jordan. Including data analytics and outside media agencies.

This relationship is a matter between you and the social media service.

Other than those parties that we have explicitly said that we will share your photo(s) and/or video content within this document, Violet Jordan will never pass on, sell or swap your data to a third party.
